The exposing of Muslim ‘no-go zones’ has suddenly become a hot-button issue with Muslims. Whenever something like that happens, Islam’s left-wing media lapdogs go on the attack on behalf of the Muslim communities. The latest victim of this attack is Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal. While in London, Jindal charged that Muslim ‘no-go zones’ are a real and growing concern, during a speech. CNN jumped all over Jindal, implying that he is nothing more than a bigoted liar.
Here is an excerpt of what Jindal said in his speech:
“In the West, non-assimilationist Muslims establish enclaves and carry out as much of Sharia law as they can without regard for the laws of the democratic countries which provided them a new home…
It is startling to think that any country would allow, even unofficially, for a so called ‘no-go zone.’ The idea that a free country would allow for specific areas of its country to operate in an autonomous way that is not free and is in direct opposition to its laws is hard to fathom…”
While addressing the issue of rising anti-semitism in Europe, Jindal suggested that ‘no-go zones’ contribute to it:
“How does such evil rise again in democratic countries? I believe it is because radical Islamists have been given too wide a berth to establish their own nation within a nation.”
After that speech, CNN’s Max Foster confronted Jindal while performing advocacy journalism in the name of being objective and attempted to discredit the Governor’s claims. Jindal didn’t back down:
In a great find, Red State’s Erick Erickson located a report from… wait for it… CNN that aired two years ago which actually exposed the very issue Foster was admonishing Jindal for raising (don’t be surprised if CNN takes this one down):
Breitbart’s John Nolte makes the following observation:
The network is lying to benefit Democrats, specifically Hillary, because the race is on to take out her GOP threats one-by-one, by any means necessary. It happens every four years.
While that’s true – just look at how that very thing was done in 2012 – it’s not the whole truth. The rest of the truth involves Hillary’s blatantly obvious support for the Muslim Brotherhood, as evidenced by her near 20-year relationship with Muslim Sisterhood daughter Huma Abedin.
Here is CNN’s Wolf Blitzer interviewing Jindal further about the Governor’s ‘no-go zone’ comments. Toward the end of the exchange, Jindal makes an excellent point that Muslim leaders must condemn individuals who support terrorism and not just acts of terror in the abstract:
Earlier, trusted terrorism expert Steve Emerson referred to the British city of Birmingham as a ‘no-go zone’ and later apologized, not for asserting that such no-go zones exist but for how he framed the comment. Nonetheless, British Prime Minister David Cameron jumped on Emerson, calling him a ‘complete idiot’ instead of addressing the larger point that ‘no-go zones’ exist. As you watch, ask yourself when was the last time you saw Cameron talk this tough about someone like Anjem Choudary:
